Recently I saw a banner in Facebook shared by many people, asking to select three people who have most enemies in the world. Suggested three names were Prithviraj, Santhosh Pandit and Sreesanth. Prithviraj, a leading actor in South Indian Film industry, Santhosh Pandit, an actor/producer, and Sreesanth, an active member of Indian cricket team.

Surprisingly, these three talented persons belonging to the same South Indian state, Kerala and people voted against them were also from the same state.

I did a survey with the help of SurveyPunditsTM among non Keralites, regarding the efficiency of these three people.

92 % of Non Keralites admitted that Prithviraj is a talented upcoming actor from South India, who did a great role in ManiRatnam’s Ravan. Many of them liked his charm, enthusiasm and acting pattern.

60% of Non Keralites appreciated the efforts of Santhosh Pandit, in trying to make a movie by himself. As per the survey reports, he is not a good promise as an actor. But as an entrepreneur and hardworking personality, everyone accepted his ability.

95% of Non Keralites expressed  an unbelievable acceptance to his aggressive personality. Many individuals felt that his aggressiveness and vengeance attitude is something that is lacking in Indians.

Why Keralites dislike Prithviraj, Santhosh Pandit and Sreesanth

The psychological analysis of  hatred towards these three, expressed by majority of Keralites took me to the basic nature of a Keralite, humbleness or lack of confidence. Even in history, no major aggressive united movements against British were recorded. Even though, individuals fight against foreign invasion, most rulers bend their neck by providing facilities to foreigners. Many NRI told me about the unbelievable slavery attitude being performed by  Keralites in Gulf countries, Europe and South Africa. As he told me, people from Kerala, never fight for their rights. They tend to adapt peacefully to the situations when they are away from home. Escapism, extreme humbleness, cheating their own people for others, etc are some behaviors found to be common among Mallus, or Malabaris.

In this context, personalities like Prithviraj, Santhosh Pandit and Sreesanth got celebrity status among their peers in a quick pace. These three never show unwanted humbleness, immature politeness or sluggish attitude for their own profession. As my mallu friends explained to me, Prithviraj shows boldness, confident in his abilities and always tried to open up new paths in his profession. Santhosh Pandit, highly confident about the products that he is making in film industry. Sreesanth, already shown some extreme talent and confidence when he came back to Indian team even after a small career break.

We had to believe that the friction of “Confidence” shown by these three personalities and significant amount of “Non-Confidence” hidden inside the mind of Mallus, is precipitating huge amounts of hatred. Otherwise, I am not able to find any other good reason why Mallus, Malabaris or Keralites personally hate these three Prithviraj, Santhosh Pandit and Sreesanth. (Remember, these three never pick your pocket to portrait their talents. So you have the right to criticize only on their talents on past, present and future terms )

Bombing: My friend collapsed - How TV anchor, Ranjini haridas escaped from almost similar situation? May be dress code, God knows.
